Terms and Conditions
ISPSOL · ISPSOL SDWAN Manager
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ISPSOL SDWAN Manager (the "Platform") operated by ISPSOL. By signing in you agree to them.
1. Authorised use
Access is granted only to personnel and partners authorised by ISPSOL. You must use your own account, keep your credentials and two-factor device secure, and tell an administrator at once if you suspect they have been compromised. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
2. What the Platform does
The Platform provisions, configures and monitors network equipment, including zero-touch provisioning, SD-WAN routing, tunnels and IP address management. Changes made here are pushed to live routers and can interrupt customer service. Make changes only when you are authorised to and understand their effect.
3. Accounts and security
ISPSOL may require two-factor authentication, restrict your permissions, suspend or remove your account, and sign you out at any time. Sign-in through Google or Microsoft is offered only as a convenience and is subject to those providers' own terms.
4. Confidentiality
Device credentials, tunnel keys, provisioning scripts, customer details and network designs shown in the Platform are confidential. Do not copy them outside approved systems or share them with anyone who is not authorised.
5. Logging
Sign-ins, configuration changes and views of secrets are recorded in an audit log together with your user name, time and IP address. These records may be reviewed for security, troubleshooting and compliance.
6. Availability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ISPSOL aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may carry out maintenance with or without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The software is supplied by Kynex Technologies India (https://kynexindia.in) and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense it except as your agreement with ISPSOL or Kynex Technologies India allows.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ISPSOL and Kynex Technologies India are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue or loss of data arising from use of the Platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept it. Access ends when your authorisation ends, and the confidentiality obligations above continue afterwards.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered office of ISPSOL have jurisdiction.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to your ISPSOL administrator.
