ISPSOL · ISPSOL SDWAN Manager

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ISPSOL SDWAN Manager, operated by ISPSOL, handles and why.

1. Data we handle

Account data: user name, full name, e-mail address, role, password hash and two-factor enrolment status.

Usage data: sign-in times, IP address, and an audit trail of the actions you take.

Operational data: details of customers and sites that administrators enter, such as tenant names, contact names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, device names and network addresses.

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your verified e-mail address from that provider to match it to your existing account. We do not receive your password.

2. Why we use it

To authenticate you and keep accounts secure, to operate and troubleshoot the network, to send operational alerts, to maintain an audit trail, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies

The Platform sets one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during external sign-in. Your theme and menu preferences are stored in your browser. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.

4. Sharing

Data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers that host or support the Platform for ISPSOL, with notification services you configure (for example Telegram, e-mail or webhooks) for alert delivery, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Device credentials and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Connections use TLS. Access is limited by role, and optional or mandatory two-factor authentication is available.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Audit records and operational history are kept for as long as ISPSOL needs them for security and compliance. Link health samples are removed automatically after a short retention period.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask ISPSOL for access to your personal data, for it to be corrected or erased, and to raise a grievance. Some records, such as audit logs, may be retained where the law or security requires.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available from the sign-in page.

9. Contact

For privacy requests or grievances, contact your ISPSOL administrator.
